Social services regularly longed for opportunities to strengthen a 14-year-old lady from her relatives notwithstanding concerns about the family and reports of earthy abuse.

The parents, who were locked up yesterday, intimately abused the lady and traded faulty images of her with an American paedophile, Plymouth Crown Court was told.
